
The Project
Our primary goal was to establish a compelling brand identity for Pollen, a startup software company offering an innovative digital messaging platform. We aimed to design an intuitive user interface and streamline the overall user experience to facilitate seamless creation, management, and distribution of messages across social channels, email, and SMS.
The project also involved prototyping the application to ensure a smooth launch and to support the company's rapid growth trajectory.
Design Approach
Our approach began with in-depth customer interviews and market research to understand user needs and pain points. We crafted detailed user personas to guide design decisions, ensuring the platform would meet real-world requirements. The process included creating wire frames to outline core functionalities and user flows, which laid the groundwork for interactive UI prototypes.
We used iterative testing and feedback loops to refine the interface, combining user-centered design principles with visual branding elements that reflected Pollen’s innovative edge. This structured approach resulted in a clean, engaging, and highly functional application interface.

Digital Messaging & Distribution
Pollen is a software platform for creating and distributing digital messages. Pollen's digital distribution platform connects multiple channels including the most popular social media channels. Customers can customize their posts for each channel so they can tailor their messaging for maximum engagement.

User Personas & Branding
We developed several user personas with cross section to help identify different user workflows based on different needs and priorities. Some users need guidance in creating content, and some users need more control over distribution and channel analytics.



Project Results
The completed design and prototype successfully supported the platform’s launch, and Pollen is already experiencing rapid growth in adoption and usage. The user interface is praised for its simplicity and efficiency, enabling users to easily create and distribute messages across multiple channels with a single post, leveraging Pollen’s patented technology. Our marketing consulting further helped solidify Pollen’s brand presence in the marketplace, positioning it as a distinctive, user-friendly solution for digital messaging. The project not only delivered a launch-ready product but also established a strong foundation for continued expansion and user engagement.
