
The Project
Our mission was to craft a compelling brand identity and develop user-centric applications for Bridge, a software platform that empowers real estate professionals by streamlining MLS and listing management. The project aimed to design intuitive applications for managing property listings and a powerful search product that integrates MLS and county data.
Additionally, we provided marketing consulting to maximize visibility at tradeshows and through inbound and email marketing campaigns, supporting Bridge’s rapid adoption among real estate practitioners across the U.S.
Design Approach
We began with a comprehensive brand development process, establishing a visual identity that conveyed trust, innovation, and professionalism tailored to the real estate industry. The UX/UI design focused on creating simple, efficient workflows for listing management and an advanced search platform that fused MLS and county data into an easily navigable interface.
Our team utilized user research, wireframes, prototypes, and iterative testing to refine the application, ensuring it met the needs of busy real estate agents and brokers. We also coordinated closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of complex data sources while maintaining an engaging user experience.


MLS Data Listings Management
RETS IQ Cheque is a powerful tool for MLS administrators to manage access to residential real estate data listings and data listings syndication. Cheque allows the user to mange multiple Broker accounts, invite new users, turn listing syndication on/off and manage monthly billing.


User Journey Mapping, User Personas & Wireframes
User personas, journey maps and wireframes are essential tools to design and build a user experience and user interface that anticipates multiple user goals and helps achieve them quickly.
